Most mornings I used to be plagued by pain, stiffness or soreness throughout my neck, shoulders, low back and hips. NO longer!

Through a combination of doctor's advice and trial and error, I've the positions that don't trigger these areas.

If you are a snorecerer and need to sleep a certain way, well then you're screwed. Get snore-surgery. Please.

If you're one of these jerks that can sleep any way with no problems, I hate you. Don't watch my video.

For everyone else - follow along. (You may have heard not to straighten your arms while sleeping. Whoever told you that is stupid. Ulnar Nerve Entrapment is made WORSE by bent elbows, not better. Same goes for pillow under legs)

If you wake up with soreness, stiffness or pain in your body, you're probobly sleeping wrong.
